Just fitted my RS192 exhaust today however lining it up is such a pain in the arse!! What's the best way to get them sitting perfectly in the cut outs? I've fitted all new mounts so they shouldn't be a problem.
Ive just used a metal tie wrap and wrapped it round the tail pipe and through one of the mounting holes for the rear box hangers and its sat perfect now
My RS192 is still not perfect and one tip sits slightly further out that the other... I also went for the "socket bodge" (actually used 2 small lengths of copper joining pipe used for plumbing) and a few cable ties, I have also removed the washers between the exhaust mounts and the underside of the car...
Use a Jack on the middle beam between the two tailpipes to help you get it sitting right.
