Liquid Yellow Clio V6 £59k on Pistonheads

Ah that's Fierny's mate iirc. I follow him on Twitter. He just re bought it iirc.

If I was rich I would buy that without thinking about it.
Car I most regret selling is my V6 I think.

In seriousness some mad car collecter will probably buy it for their collection.I'm sure this is the ly used on fifth gear and other reviews on the v6 in the media.Look at some cosworths at 85k with dealers and it doesn't seem too bad 😂

Big money for sure and with such low miles, probably for collectors only, more's the shame.

Bloody lovely though.

I reckon this will be the first one of the V6' to exchange hands for six figures in the next five years.

Yes it's a lot but there's a lot of people out there who £59k is a drop in the ocean for. If I was a multi millionaire and you caught me on the right day I'd probably buy that just for a laugh since I used to love the idea of getting a v6.

I can't imagine it's that easy to come by a nearly unused LY vee these days.

One for wrapping in cotton wool and keeping for a rainy day I think, with the price of a good Turbo 2 now pushing well past 60k for even an average example they're dragging the other silly cars up with them.

Expensive yes but no doubt they'll get close to it.
Worth it? No, lolz.
Iconic car though so there you go.

At that price and with those miles it's not a car anymore is it?

As soon as it goes over 1000 miles that'll hurt it's value. That's for locking up and looking at and I'm afraid, in my eyes, that's a complete waste but i know plenty others will disagree.

The car was originally listed for 75k before it went on PH :openmouth:

f***s sake. I couldn't shift mine when I tried for 10k so part Ex'd it.
Granted, it was only a poor mans Blue one.

Said the guys with the V6s :tongueclosed:

Which as long as they (all of the owners of them) keep selling them for, then they will sell for.

TVR owners done the same, sell them all for top money, and you have no choice but to pay top money!
