Why would liquid yellow be any harder than any other colour? as long as its blended it should be fine

It's a 3 stage pearl.

Focus st we had in needed 7 coats of base coat to match the factory colour.

No cars leave the factory with the exact same shade of paint as such.

It's hard to get your head round. I have 24 colour card for focus st orange.

Lols you don't blend 3 stage you just wipe out the full side.

Mazda pearl red is the same.

If I could get away with it I would never paint the whole side of a car whatever paint. Flip stuff you would be a bit snookered with

Easier than blending into doors ect... at least the full side ill be a perfect match.

so does that mean that in effect to get it perfect it will need a full respray because the side wont match the bonnet and boot so will need to get them painted then the boot bonnet wont match the other side so will need a full respray! hope not :(

Lols no, we're just jesting really.

It all depends what requires repairs and painting.

Give me a list.

it needs o/s skirt painting, front bumper respray, there is a stone chip in the rear quarter panel and a dent in the n/s door a bit smaller then a bottle top because that's what hit it! any ideas?

The skirt and bumper are fine but painting 2 sides on the car isn't ideal.

Maybe speak to a specialist like the ones recommended and they might be happy to paint just a couple of panels either side.
