Not rolling RR'd but would estimate 180-185bhp.

My valver is running 201 BHP from a low boost turbo conversion. Figures proven on RR.

465bhp at the wheels, electric supercharger, should have a real answer as soon as I have had the car properly mapped at rs tuning.

162bhp with a pattern part exhaust with a hole in it! That was at Falkland iirc.

Since put on an ITG panel filter and ktec stealth, hopefully back on soon

Just make sure you take it back to the same place to get it rolling roaded cause going somewhere else will more than likely give a different reading

177.6 at the Fly with 131.9LBFT Torque on Janspeeds rollers last Friday.

Standard was 164.9bhp before Air Filter and RSTuner

with just a few thousand miles on the clock (std car) went to awsome gti rolling road day

at the wheel 160.81 bhp
at the fly 179.26 bhp
torque 149.87

happy with those for barely run in car.

After about 10 thousand miles now at the same rolling road (std car)

at the wheel 163.02 bhp
at the fly 182.87 bhp
torque 157.54

i think these were a bit high.


again at the same rolling road and another few thousand miles on the clock (this time with panel filter, btb cat back exhaust, samco induction pipe)

no at the wheel figure? wasnt provided to me.
at the fly 176.16 nhp
torque 149.59

down over last 2 sets but thats not to say that any of them ae accurate.

finally went to chipwizards and wayne schofield in rochdale (this time with a k+n panel filter (last run was an itg), samco hose, yozza decat and btb exhaust system)

at the wheel 165.1
at the fly 188.7 bhp
no torque figure

just goes to show how varied different RR figures can be, its no exact science and is really best used for live mapping and maybe direct before and after comparison i do these days with a group of friends so we do them as good fun days out.

car final spec is samco ind hose, k+n panel filter, yozza decat, btb exhaust system.

Standard airbox with flexible alloy CAFs (minus acoustic valve)

233 bhp 177 ft lb at gdi. Itb's, headwork, cams, pistons, rods, omex 600, sportcat and exhaust.

Now has 182 manifold, no cat, 2.5 custom exhaust, no pas and a few extra bits. Needs tuning again but estimate 235 to 240

I got 168bhp at the fly with 129ftlb at the wheels dyno was red dot.
mods are:

Cup racer airbox with 102mm cold air feed
itg panel filter
sports cat 2.5"
2.5" exhaust
rs tuner remap

was expecting more however car does have 84k on it!
so getting on a bit!

next mod should be inlets but cant see it making a real big difference.
