Listen to iPhone music on Mac?

I would like to listen to the music stored on my iPhone on my mac (I have music library on pc and update iPhone from there).

I also need to be able to see playlists.

Anyone know how to do this?

As said above, you can only play the iPhone on the computer / mac you synced from.

There are ways around this though apparantly, something about copying a file across but I'm not sure if this will work with a mac as pc or vice versa.

he wants to play music from the iphone on a mac that isnt the one that is synced with the phone

I don't understand why they don't just add this feature to all the iPod to pc/mac programs, they can obviously access the file with correct file name as you can import them, how hard would it be to just add a bloomin player to play them?

It's not just music I bought from iTunes, its all music on the iPhone
