Don't forget that by the time the needle starts moving you're already doing close to 10mph as that's where the speedo starts. You need to add about 0.5s or start your timing from when you hear the clutch first come up.
That's why a lot of people think my Cup can crack 100mph in late 14's as they time it from when the needle starts, when in reality it's mid 15's.
