Loads of Clios @ Nurburgring 06/08/2011

Absolutely loads of Clios at the ring on Saturday, mostly blue ones. Spotted one trophy, and a striped out liquid yellow. Chatted to a couple of guys who had Cliosport stickers. Sorry I didn't have my 182 there, but I did manage to scare the sh4t out of my wife when i took her round in her car. Even had one at my hotel 50 miles from the ring, blue 172 cup MF03AWV.

How do you guys get there and gow long does it take? What kind of prices are involved?

It depends on a number of factors, so can't give it a ball park figure.

Think I spent about £650 on a long weekend, Friday to Monday. I spent roughly:

£80 return ferry
£200 hotel with breakfast (3 nights sharing with 1 other)
£100 food and drink
£150 on petrol
£120 on laps

Drove from London to Dover and got the ferry to Calais. It's then about a 4.5 hour drive to the ring
