Locating electrical fault

I think I've got a bad earth somewhere. When I reverse, my fog light comes on and my indicator sort of comes on, and apparently when I brake and indicate, the brake light dims when the indicator flashes.

The wiring diagram in the haynes manual indicates a possible problem with earth location 10, but it doesn't say where that is. Has anyone had this issue themselves? or know where earth point 10 is?

first place i'd look is in and around the rear lights check to make sure all connections are good and clean

then start looking around the one on the battery

It will be the rear cluster.
Remove rear bulb holder.
Unplug connector, clean with WD40, pins on connector and pins on bulb holder.
If you follow one of the wires down, you'll find its earthed to the chassis just below where the hole is for the wire to pass through.
