Locking wheel nut key, all the same?

Do all the mk2 clios have the same locking wheel nut key?

the one on mine looks like a clover, and theres a key on ebay that looks like a clover, i was hoping they would be the same

they would be pretty much useless if they were, saying that ive seen someone else's key fit another set of nuts lol

when i brought my car it ddn't come with the correct size key. So what i did was buy one from ebay that looked the same. Then i used a carbide drill, to drill the centre part out of the locking wheel bolt. then the ebay brought key fitted. But have found out that the dealers have a master key or something but they will charge you to undo the bolts.

You can laugh, but i have seen many keys fit the same nuts..

Theres only about 10 nuts.

So theoretically, someone will have one that fits your car.

Did you people believe renault would make a diffrent one for EVERY car sold ? how many clios are there? 100,000? 100,000,000 ?
