glad to say this going to Jays london meet was well worth it! first time id ever been to london and i saw everything driving through, going to have to spend a weekend there sometime to see it all on foot though!
anyways, left mine about 3pm (Warrington) and drove to Jays in enfield, arrived there about 6.30pm, and 210Miles later, LOL
we then went to fuel up and meet the people coming from north london at krispe kremes:
then we drove to the first meeting point, the embankment near the walking bridge.......we got split up as expected going through central london, but we all had tomtoms so made it to the same place, dispite the lack of parking!!
the enbankment:
instead of going to every set point that jay had planned, we just set our tomtom's to canary wharf (the final point) and went the long way through london in a convoy to see all the sights....
OMG, look at this, LOL
we ended up getting split up, me and LoopyLou went a different way, but eventually met up with everyone at macdonalds in canary wharf.... We all drove into canary wharf to get some last pictures, and got booted off by security
but oh well, we got a few last pics in a car park, by this time it was 12.30am, lol
A couple of us headed back to south mimms services for a coffee, then i left to head back at around 1.15am.....arrived back in warrington at my house at 4.30am, doing a total of 500 miles in 13 hours or so
was a great night if not on the tiring side, lol!
