Longleat Safari Park

Another trip to Longleat and a few more pics.

Weather was lovely, only trouble is, on the Safari the reflections played havoc with the photos.

Pesky birds were not easy to photograph either, and I have decided they are by far one of the most difficult things to capture - especially as they were coming in from all over the place!

Nice Photos, been thinking about taking the kids there in a few weeks... I haven't been for many years (last time the monkeys ate chunks out of the rubber rear spoiler on my 309 gti lol)
Dread to think how busy it'll be during the school holidays though...

We went on a Sunday and it was pretty busy, but being such a big place with so many things to do it was never too crowded.

There has been a few new bits since you last went I beleive. New Gorillas, the bird show which all the kids loved (I got hit in the head by a wing of a vulture lol).

They are soon opening a new penguin bit and stingray bay. Could be worth looking out for that as I think its in the next couple of weeks and will be a great addition!

Luckily the monkeys left our car alone! When I went the year before last, I remember the car in front having its rear parking sensors ripped out the bumper!

I think I actually have enough Tesco clubcard points to pay for it too which is a bonus.
Just checked the website & penguins & Stingrays now open..
