Looking at a Valver..!!!

I am looking at a K plate valver on Sunday..

All i know about it is, New 16" 5 spoke alloys+tyres, lowered and its the williams blue and thats about it...

The bad points are a quite loud tapping when first started, gets less noisey as it warms up, scratch down one side and no tax..

I dont know what to look for when i see it, ie- valver faults, so any help would be great.

Rear arches, sunroof leak. And just genereal wear and tear etc. Obiously check the bonnet isn't warm, check for oil leaks etc. However, don't expect much for £300, that pocket money!!!

Only wanted it for a few bits to put on my RSi.

Can keep the bits i need and break the rest, unless it doesnt need much to fix it up. (the guy needs the room )
