Looking Like my Steering pump gone again!!!!!

Yeah had this pump and hose go just over 2 months back, and seems to have happened again leeking fluid(red crap) all over the drive making a mess. I notice that there was a problem when i heard a whinning noise coming from engine and the steering kept getting hard and harder glad i was nealy home parked on the drive and got out notice a smell and looked under the car leeking red crap all over.


Has anyone had this problem.

Think that is quite a rare problem mate. Not one htat springs to mind.

The pipe bursting is pretty common, once the fluid is gone the pump soon goes as it has no fluid to lubricate the insides. With no fluid my old pump set on fire within 10 minutes
