Loose cover, Help Please !

Just opened my bonnet to fill up my windscreen wash, Saw this cover propped up where it should be, And not seated down.

It was just above the engine, I can see it slots back on, But its loose... Is there a screw that secures it, Or is it a clip on job?

what is it, and where does it go.?

Just slips back on, might want to wrap it in a bit of tape as that's what rattles about and makes the car perform erractically.

Its a cover with foam inside to keep a plug dry from water etc. Might be ECU, Not sure.

Yeah i will bend the metal clips slightly and give it some duct tape to make it secure.

I cant see how it could make the car perform erraticly?
