Lost photos on nikon view NX2

hi i am needing some help with finding whats happened with my photos, i use the nikon view NX 2 program and i had about 18 transfers, but now something has happened and it has jumbled up and i have lost all transfers apart from 10 11 and 17 but also my iphone pics have turned up on the view NX program when they have never done before.

any ideas how i can get my old picture back and fix this problem?

Fixed it now so its all ok
