Loud buzzing noise coming from the interior lights?

Iv got a loud buzzing noise coming from my interior lights?
Anyone know what it is? Doesn't make a difference if the light(s) are on or off, it sounds like an electric motor, but really no idea what it is, please help. Cheers

are these difficult to get to and replace, mine's been doing it for years, but sounds more like it's coming from under the dash

Yeah I thought it was from the dash at first aswell, but mine is defo coming from the lights

^ don't need to take it to get it fixed, its an easy job. ten mins tops.
