a lower my car 2day nut itd nocking from the drivers side

the pnly thing i can see is that the very top of the strut that is under the bonnet is still a little higher than the top but its as tight as we can get it

any ideas wot it can be

and is it safe to drive

i had the exact same thing when mine was lowered last week. it only knocked under freewheel, not under braking/acceleration?

i took it back the day after and they wouldnt tell me what was wrong just that it had been fixed, i assume they forgot to tighten something.....:S
