It turns fine! you cant achieve full lock however but normal driving corners your wheels hardly move!

easy, just wind them up and down with the c clamps you get provided with the coilies,

Yup ^ on the coilies you'l see 2 silver plates, clip the c clamp onto the plates and wind them up or down
