Lowering a Clio

HI guys, quick question for anyone who has done similar.

my clio was lowered 35mm all round but since then i have noticed an increase wear in the tyres, a substantial increase at that. I spoke to my dad about it as he used to be a mechanic and he said its where its been lowered it has pushed the tyres more in at the centre and pused the bottom out more bit like this

/- therefore wearing out the inside of the tyre a lot quicker than the outside and he reckons the cam needs to be reset,



this is a bit of a different language to me but was wondering if this made sense to anyone else and if they have had a similar problem and how they rectified it, cheers

yes lowered 40mm all round. lot of wear on tyres but is that me just giving it hell since it handles so well ? anyways, lookin for new boots son .

i believe u need to get the camber adjusted to suit the drop. im gettin mine dropped soon and K-Tec do some Camber Correcting bolts which will be fitted.

so its a visit to ktec or cud this be something a general garage/lookers mite do?

get the correction bolts from k-tec and any garage with a 4 wheel alligner can adjust the camber.
