lowering a mk 2

i have the blue v6 replica, and the arches need to sit a bit better with the wheels
it already has been lowered but not sure by how much, any tell tale signs to look for on the springs as to how much
also anywhere you can by just a rear set of springs, not a full set

really hard to tell what its been lowered, especailly if its a rep, the change of weight will change the looks on the same springs,

tbh id assume the worst and get some coilovers, or if you just want the back down, as mentioned, cough up £10 and use the for sale section.
