lowering my 172 cup

hi, anyone know the best distance to lower clio cup? also what is the correct tyer size? i thought it was 205/45/16 but just bought a cup with 195/45/16

195/45/16 is the correct size if it has sandard wheels

most people go for eibach springs which lower uto 30mm

or go for apex which lower about 40mm
