Lowering my Clio 60mm with 17" alloys

i have a clio 1.2 ph2 and i have 17" alloys currently, i have seen at the shows etc that you can fit 17" alloys on with a 60mm drop.. has anyone done this ? i have been told the archs need to modded although not sure about where to start?

my mate did this 17" on a 60mm drop. Put it back to standard now tho, PM him Chris2007

my rsi is droped 60mm with 17s ok dont rub or foul any part.
