lowering spring help

hi guys many years ago i had a saxo vts and put lowering springs on which made the car look nice.But when going over bumps and stuff there was no travel left in the dampers which was crap.I need advice in springs for my 172.I dont want the same problem as my saxo.If any one can tell me what springs to get that wont mess about with the handling would be great.thanks.

I got mine from kam, around 150 smackers delievered best spring there is for a clio too

I got mine from demon tweeks. If you want a drop you'll want Sportlines

No not 25mm it dropped about 15mm but mine is a cup. Yours may drop 25mm but don't quote me on that.
