Lowering spring help!!

Been offered a set of lowering springs 60mm all round, I've been reading up on what's best to likes of keeping standard shockers or upgrading them? Some say you got to change them some say keep the standard ones! Can anyone point me in the right direction on what to or what's best?

any lower than 40mm and you ideally want to be looking at uprated shocks.

What ones would you say are the best to get for 60mm as I haven't a clue

Get the "High Tec" ones, but you'll need to measure your bolt spacing to figure out which one you need (I'd imagine it's 58mm)

There the ones i have on mine with 60mm lowering springs, come to about £57 delivered
