Lowering springs and shocks for 52 1.4 16v

Hi there guys, im new to the site but planning my purchase of a 1.4 16v dynamique. obviously the car im buying will be standard so I have looked around for my first mod (suspension). Can anyone recommend which shocks and springs to get and how much as I have had a quick look around and cant find many sets.

Also mods to come: Stainless steel cat back custom build and 172 alloys in black on silver car.
