lowering springs or coilovers?

hi im looking to lower my clio mk2 172, bt i duno if its worth getting coilovers or just some lowering springs?

All depends on your budget fella. coilovers starting at £400 just for the kit then there is the fitting... or get some springs for £140ish from K-tec.

ide go with some 40mm springs first and see what you think, any lower and youll be looking at changing your shocks, plus you get a really hard ride, mines only 40mm, looks a good hight, but its also practical, non of this clenching cheeks buissness when going over speed bumps.
