Lowering

Hey All

Looking too lower my mk3! got standard 16"s on there at the mo just wondered if you could give us a shout on wat would be best....lowering it by 45mm or 30mm?? they are the only two measurements ive found at the mo!

Ive got mine lowered 45mm on H&R Springs, enough in my opinion... Bio's does look crackin though if u want to cough up for coilovers.

cheers for advice gents not really feeling coilovers one because apparently there a bit awkward to adjust and get right and two there isnt much point unless you got power under the bonnet! 45mm would look sweet
