Here's my latest.

I'm yet to have a decent photo shoot tbh, haven't really gotten around to it but here's some snaps I've gathered anyway.

I was originally after an evo 9, but I found this and couldn't say no!

Got it home in the drive with my old tt and neighbours vxr8

Needed some new tyres so I figured I'd wear the old ones out first Found an unused derelict industrial estate and had some spinny roundy fun! Wish I'd taken my camera as it was actually quite picturesque. Had to make do with the iphone camera lol.

The next day 4 x contisport M3s were fitted, the grip has transformed the car.

I know a lot of people move onto M3s etc after Rs' so if theres any questions fire away!

It hasn't got satnav but it's got everything else, on 50k with fsh and all the correct servicing etc, totally mint.

12.5k could get you a goodun now, this cost me 12900 by the time I'd negotiated with warantee etc

I assume you mean the csl? It doesnt have any wider arches than the standard m3...

nice car, not a fan of silver personally i think its a bit bland but thats my opinion. you wont regret getting it i have had mine for 2 years now and loved every minute of it.
did you get the floor checked out for the infamous cracking? most of them do it and bmw will repair it for free if its under 10years old and unmodified.
if yo havent had it checked i would strongly advise having it checked asap as if you end up footing the bill your looking at 4-5k.
im not trying to scare you just trying to save you some money in the long run
mine has just been done and you cannot even tell

Good point, although if it was bought by a main dealer hopefully they would have checked! Same for RTABs, which on an '03 car should have been changed. Mine were changed and the car had only done 15k...

Just prepare to be ill when you come to sell it.

It went right through to the end Ali iirc.

Really? Neighbour was saying it's pretty rare? His is spot on, although he just did his wheels shadow chrome! Gruppe M and Supersprint sounds savage tho!

mines a steel grey and its a dec 2002 car, im not 100% sure but i thought they made them in steel grey until they facelifted the m3 in 2003 then i thought it changed to the lighter silver grey (might be wrong though)
steel grey is definately the best

To be anal, the steel grey was discontinued and switched to silver grey (when they were 'facelifted' with the LED lights, revised suspension and minor changes as Hughesclio has said).

Nah! Thats what he said, it was pre facelift. Although his has all the facelift bits on it!

As Ali says though, LED upgrades are common (and needed IMO!). Of course the M3 didn' get the revised front lights so otherwise the 'facelift' was pretty pathetic. Only other visible difference is a revised boot handle...lol.
