Machine polish without electric point

At home I have not access to electric where my car is parked/cleaned. I attempted to hand polish my car on Saturday and with the heat and my laziness, the job wasn't great. Are the Halfords 12v polishers any good or any recommendations? I'm not looking for anything special. Just something that looks a little better than hand and makes my life easier.

Cordless rotary? Swear I've seen some around before, is the das6 pro cordless or is that just photos I've seen without the cable?

Edit: far from a rotary polisher but cordless and I imagine better than a 12v halfords polisher

Edit again: what about using a normal machine polisher with one of those adaptors that turns the 12v socket into a mains socket, could use a spare battery to stop yours running out?
