my dads sat nav on his 172 has began to play up,
basically it either doesnt work or it says the wrong road !!
(the cd pic at the bottom often goes red when the cd cant be read properly) we thuoght that it wasnt reading the cd properly, so he got a cd lens cleaner put it in to clean the lens, but its still wrong.
He took it back to renault they said it was the arial, so it went in to today to have it sorted- & its come back worse !!!
He said the clock is totally wrong & the street is still wrong.
So it tooks like another trip back to them,
any advice on this??
I would have thought that they would have uninstalled & re installed the software for it. I have no idea what model it is, only that its the standard one on a mk2 172, its in colour as well btw.
