manual tuning mk2 ph2 standard radio

ive not had standard for ages, and mate at work wants to turn off the "skip from station to station" and just input a certain frequency for his Itrip.

can someone tell me how again, as without being in the car, i cant remember!

Press the tuner button until you get to 'tuner manual' iirc, rather than tuner preset or the other one.
