clio authentique
Started a new thread to carry on from this one http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?652459-Martins-sliver-mk2-overdue-build-thread!-OEM which became a bit tedious and annoying because of me talking a load of rubbish.
So anyways, this is how i bought the car:
And this is how it stands to date:
I know it looks like its just been lowered, had some wind deflectors chucked on and a set of shiny wheels to add the final touch but thats not the case.
Its had alot more done but its probably only me that can really see it, but im sure theres alot of people out there in the same boat, no??
Things that have been done:
- Coilovers
- Wind Deflectors
- Turbines
- Spoiler
- Painted Diamonds
- Clear Side Repeaters
- Shortened Ariel
- Backbox With 3" Rolled Tip
- Custom Induction Kit
- Rear Wiper Blank
- Grey Cloth Cup Seats
- Replaced Door Cards, Interior Trims and Parcel Shelf With The 'Darker Grey'
- Wrapped A Pillars and Handbrake Cover in Grey Alcantara
- Tailored Fit Matts
- Uprated Speakers, Sub & Amp and Headunit
- Uprated Headlight Bulbs, Silvatec ind Bulbs
I think that just about covers it really, Other bits have just been keeping it clean, restoring headlights, adding stickers and getting a mascot lol.
Goes by the name of 'Stan' haha.
Things to do in the near future:
- Fit 172 Rear Bumper
- Smooth Front Bumper Mouldings
- Smooth The 'Clio Badge' Holes In The Boot
- Get The Rear Quarter Repaired/Painted
- Get Front/Rear Bumpers & Bootlid Painted
- Fit New Pressed Plates
- Start The Boot Build
- Hub or Wheel Spacers
- New Tires
And A Damn Good Detail!
Il get some pictures of the interior at some point in the future and post them up, along with the rear quarter etc...
Hope its to everybodys taste, but feel free to criticise!
Martin.
