maxogen itg panel filter

Might seem like a bit of a daft question, but does the above actually make much difference to performance / sound of the car?

Iv just changed to a panel filter and combined with matched inlets and no accoustic valve it def pulls harder than with an induction kit, just doesnt sound as good!!!

on it's own, no,but it will flow a bit more air than a paper element, and it's cleanable. I'd get a k-tec panel filter personally, half the price and easily as good
