TBF, I would have been happy with a £15 iTunes voucher.

He said:

"I won't explain the reason I can't credit your iTunes account, because it's stupid, so what else do you want".

Quality service I must say. Phone when they say they will, give you an update etc.

Hopefully that's the end of it all.

After a shaky start customer service wise, Apple's customer service has been excellent.

My only gripe is how quick they are to do fresh installs as opposed to trying to solve the problem.
