MDF False Floor

i wanna make a false floor, will 14mm be thick enough as i dont wanna make it heavy

I used thinner stuff.. but it depends on how ya do it..

12mm I used, but then I did it raised.. so I have like a sandwich.. heh.

i used 10mm MDF and raised it up. is perfectly strong enough with feet in each corner and one in the middle.

14mm more than enough even less 10mm?

Birch Ply Wood is stronger and alot lighter,but expensive. Any size you like m8
