Need to make a Media PC for my front room.

Any one got and suggestions as to a good mother board CPU and case?!

Case wise was thinking something like the LC11 (Silver) or the LC13?!

Just a heads up, but I would suggest not having it so powerful that the fan needs to spin stupid speeds to cool it, the distraction from the fan whirring away is pissing me off at the minute, I’m down grading it this weekend as a result..
