Megane Arm Rest

Hi, I've done a search for this but its not come up with anything. Im wondering can you fit a megane 225 arm rest into a clio 182?

I would say no.

Won’t have the same mounting points and the handbrake is totally different.

Because the hand brake looks like this in a megane (I know this doesn't have an armrest in the picture, but it's the same shape)

So even if the space between the seats is the right size, and if if would line up with the rest of the centre column (neither of which I think it will) you will have a large hole around it.

If you just look at them both it's pretty damn obvious it's not going to work.

I don't think Renault was thinking about the Clio modders when they made the Megane - god know why....

I don't think the megane one will fit. But I'm sure people have fitted an armrest in 172/182's before.

Thanks!! i think it lifts up so you can use the handbrake! bit annoying though having to lift it up all the time
