Megane IV clicking noise when turning

Hi,

I know, that here is not the best place to ask Megane questions...but I want to give a try, if its not allowed, please tell me.

I own a 2017 GT megane, with the 1.6 petrol engine. The problem is that I have a clicking noise when turning the wheels left/right with the car steady. (no clicking sound when on elevator)
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/fIoRy90N7oU - here is a video

I did change the rod ends, and sway bar links, the tie rods are stiff, no need to do something there.

The noise is louder on left side, it happens on both side, but not in the same time or spot. I have a bad feel that may be the steering rack, although the car las low mileage.

Thanks,
Radu
