nearly 3 yrs old, took it in to renault, they called RUk and they are changing it, sorted.

I love it when its that easy!

Shame my speed limiter not cancelling when flooring it can't be solved!

Thats easy to fix chnage the sensor/check it and check the wiring to the crusie control.

thanks for that very helpful advice thomas, thats not the problem though i'm afraid, the dealer said they have had 3 or 4 cars with the same problem recently and they are going to contact RUK to see if they have a fix, as it was a saturday they didn't have as much resource to find the solution

erm, i can just about manage to put fuel in the car and add water for the washer, anymore more technical and I cry i'm afraid!

IIRC the limiter (well Cruise) only goes upto 123mph
