Melting steering wheel:is there a solution

apart from buying a new steering wheel is there another way for getting this re-done..

No your not the only one with the problem - there are a few threads on here with mention of this.

Either get another standard wheel that hasn't melted (circa £100 -120 or so) secondhand.

Or go for a re-trim, circa £120 -200 or so.

will it work if i fill it up with clay mould it into the same shape & spray it black or grey?
