Messy Alloys!!!!

I'm looking for some advice on how to get my alloys looking spot on, at the moment they are looking prety crap with scratches and black s**t on them that i cant remove. Any advice. Thanks

I assume the black stuff is tar, could try claying them or using Autoglym tar remover.

Its the insides of the wheels im having trouble with, tried for an hour scrubbing with a brush and "car plan wonder wheels" , it managed to remove most of the stuff but there is still a lot of stuborn marks that i cant seem to shift

If it's the rear of the wheels, you could try fairy power spray, removes quite a lot of dirt, just use a pressure washer to make sure it's off.
