Yeah i know that but its an illness.
I also get that you need to upgrade a weapon to level 2 before you can upgrade to level 3 etc but I still can't do it.
Although, I did build a new R&D platform. Considering I don't upgrade anything I now understand the stuipdness of that.
I think I've got about 1.5mill at the moment.

Yes, that could be a part of it as well, not knowing where to start with all the choices.
One thing that did annoy the s**t out of me. I located the blueprint on the Honeybee mission and thought I'd get it on the way out after getting the weapon, then all s**t broke loose with the Skulls and I never got to pick it up.
Also, Ocelot said I needed to spend time with the dog, so is there somewhere on the Motherbase I can go see it?

Yeah the silencer annoys the hell out of me, that and the snipers being weak (hopefully the upgraded / better ones are far more effective)

Who is everyone using as their buddy mostly? I lifted out an APC the other day so I'm hoping I can stealthily drive around the map posing as an enemy soldier.

Just an update..... still not done the ironing and it is piling up now.
I did buy stuff last night, I got an upgraded tranq gun, sniper rifle, did some s**t to the machine guns and built some more platforms. Not dropping below a million though, just in case.
Spent an 30 minutes last night looking for a damn sheep. Interrogated loads of people and they didn't tell me where it was. Ended up wiping the whole base out and then not being able to find it.

Is that an actual mission?! Have you Fultoned a translator? I need to do that.

its called Extract the Lost Sheep or something.
How can you play the game without a translator? You can then interrogate all the men, they tell you where the elite soldiers are, specialist people, rough diamonds, minerals and all that. It is the first thing you need.

I figured that out in the end. Admittedly I did check all the out buildings, up stairs in the command centre, under the bridges and everywhere else before the sheep pen.
It is hardly f**king stray if its in its pen.

Mission 1 took me f*cking AGES to S-Rank. Kept getting spotted trying to free Kazuhira :angry: In the end when I was spotted I ended up just restarting from a checkpoint, which didn't even matter as it turned out as I still got enough for the S. Anyway, going to just play from now on and not be bothered about my ranking. I say...

Its one of the very first side ops which is available from the start - extract the russian translator.
Just done the honey bee mission - that was a long one! I got lost in the temple hehe. Every mission feels like a piece of epic gameplay,so memorable moments you have.
I stumbled across a grizzly bear - i pumped him full of tranq as soon as i saw him ha.
Loved the 'Honey Bee' mission, managed to stealth my way in and out, Fultoned the prisoner, also there's loads off rough diamonds in the temple, got the Honey Bee then the Skull's showed up, then just ran to my Horse and radioed the Helicopter lol.

Interrogate the soldiers and ask them to spit it out and they give up the rough diamond places. Can normally find a few 100k ones.
I'm finding it a bit easy to wipe out an entire base without going undetected, but I do usually grapple people and press triangle to kill them to make sure they don't get up and set the alarm off.
If I stun them, they get up and if I use the tranq. gun I run out of bullets so seems easier to kill but I don't think the game wants you to do that for 'top marks' (but I don't really care...)

I normally tranq them, pick them up, carry them somewhere safe, binocular them to see if they are worth fultoning, wake them up, interrogate them, then either kill or fulton them.
for me, the one massive oversite in the game is not being able to stab them when they are knocked out.

You start to get decent cash from doing missions, so its not too bad.
I've been doing the side missions more than the main ones. They seem to pay next to nothing.
How can you tell if they are worth fultoning
If you've done the Binoculars upgrade, when you point your binoculars at someone it shows their ratings. A,B,C etc for each of the attributes.
I don't do anyone less than a B anymore.

They cause fights back at the motherbase and put people in hospital, lowering efficiency (I think). I tend to fire them
Brilliant. Can I watch them fight? If so, I'm starting MB Fight Club.

Haha no. But they do like it you put them in strangle holds etc. when you're back at base. It builds morale (yes seriously).
