Haha no. But they do like it you put them in strangle holds etc. when you're back at base. It builds morale (yes seriously).

I've noticed that. When you run into them, they say "Thank you sir" and you get Morale increased messages. The whole headlock thing is a bit too much kinky bondage s**t for me.

How's everyone getting on with this game? Personally loving it and now on mission 17. I'm amazed how the game really opens up with more functionality and ways to earn cash.

After spending 2 hours working through Ground Zeroes, didn't realise it was a one level wonder leading up to PP. Anyway, just downloading it from Steam now.

I like the gameplay part of sneaking in bases etc but the upgrade paths and what have you i find are really not intuitive.

I picked this up tonight after hearing a lot of good stuff about it, Not played a MGS game since PS2 days so its been a while. Did used to love them though.

I can forsee my next two days off disappearing pretty quickly going by some of the comments on here LOL!

@Jay_A Ive had to disconnect my Xbox from the internet so i can play it without having to DL the 800mb or so update, w**k internet here means i wouldn't get to play it til tomorrow that way LOL!

Loving this game so much, just having fun with the side ops. It's amazing to think how far the graphics have come, I remember playing the first game on the NES. Still have the cartridge!

Aye so this game is gonna take a lot of hours. I put 5 into it last night and have only done the first 4 missions LOL!

Prologue is way to long and the crawling thing is annoying as f**k. Stunning looking game though

I'm up to mission 6 and spent around 20 hours + on it. Will take me longer than Fallout 3 at this rate.

Seriously loving this game! I've spent so long doing side ops and f*cking about its great lol!

Can't wait to get home after work and carry on playing! A few funny things have happened too so I'm hoping to put together a montage at some point! Such a brilliant game I am loving it!

I forgot you can 'hold up' guards, going to have some fun with that later. Apparently you can order them to the floor and if there's water you can drown them by gunpoint lol.

Massive massive game. I did the Sniper duel with 'Quiet' last night, managed to get rank 'S'. Liked that mission, reminded me off 'Sniper Wolf' from MGS1

Im played far to much of this and not actually got that far in game LOL

14.5 hrs and I've only done 7 of the main missions, This game might take a while to complete. I can't remember the last time i bought a game that lasted as long as this looks set to. Mass Effect 3 on the 360 was probably the last "long term" game i played, Single player wise

Just built my Mother Base expansions and found tonnes of Diamonds! Spent hours playing after work and only did one main mission and 2 side ops - I keep getting sidetracked lol!!!

Heads up to everyone, I've found my first bug in the game.

Got passed Mission 18 and it offers the option to build a forward operating base. However when you go to purchase the surrounding waters, it just hangs the game. The only option at the moment is to disconnect the Console from the internet and skip that part.

Apparently this new feature allows you game online amongst other players (I think).

I can see this game taking up a huge amount of my time. I'm on mission 8 , however I've done around 25 side ops. Wondering if I should just stick to main missions?
