Right, went to that garage mentioned in the other thread. Was a small garage on the outskirts of Wrexham, could not find it at first but with a bit of luck found and no worries.
I arrived to a single garage door size place which was the tyre place, upon walking into the unit i seen many alloy wheels and loads of tyres. I told them i was the Michelin Exalto guy and he knew what i was after straight away. I had to wait 10 mins for a Audi TT to be finished off, but once that was out the way the little 16 / 17yr old lad got to working on me car asap. The wheels were changed without any problems and that was it. Whilst the little lad was changing the tyres over, the Boss was walking about getting ready to send some tyres off in the post, as most of there orders are via Mail Order to across the uk.
I got to keep one of the tyres as a spare incase i get a puncture as these tyres take 2 days to order.
2 tyres fitted cost £170....These are the PE2 versions, and Kwik Fit wanted £130 per tyre, the cheapest i could get them for was £104 so i was glad to get this deal, and against MyTyres.co.uk these were supplied, fitted and balanced.
Here is the original thread, give them a RING and see what they can do for prices, and dont forget they can MAIL them too you aswell....
