Microsoft Live, Comms Server- help

Basically ive got a problem with opening a mail merge which is important as it has 300 plus contacts on it.

Im trying to get help on the Microsoft live online, so I need to post a general question in the Live comms server. However I click 'start a new thread' and nothing happens.

So how do i start a thread in the Live comms server?
