AndyT23 May 16, 2008 #3 If the logo is a JPG or similar: In Outlook click 'tools' then 'options' click the 'mail format' tab then click 'signature picker' select the signature you want to edit and click 'edit' then click 'advanced edit' this brings up a prompt box click 'yes' to continue and it will open the signature in word then click 'insert' go to 'from file' and then select the location of the logo file. Hope that helps, that's how it works on Windows 2000 (crap works comp!!) should be similar for XP and hopefully Vista?!!
