Got through to an Indian chap to help sort my servers out. What a cracking bloke. Knew exactly what he was saying, and he was a legend!

1. Uninstall TS Licenses from W2K3 box
2. Re-Install TSLS on W2K3
3. Install and setup new TSLS
4. Install Licenses and configure correctly
5. Test and has given me case reference and wants me to call him back with an update in a few days time.
6. Is following up with an email about how to remove client Registry Key etc.

What a legend. 5/5 Not bad since it was absolutely free and took almost an hour.

Is great when you get someone who knows what they are talking about. Reminds me of a bloke I spoke from HP to who wrote a script to run on our NAS box after the thing died with W2K3 SP1. Top bloke and got me out of the s**t, big time!

Darren, theres a guy at HP who sorted our print drivers in our Citrix farm. Absolulte Legend. His name is Mark Callan - from HP Support Ireland. f**king god like.

This guy was a bit tricky to understand at times but went through everything, patched in the clearing house and got my new licenses sorted out, even changed the type and everything as we'd mistakenly purchased User instead of Device CALs.

Nothing was too much hassle and after 55minutes we'd sorted it. He said it was in a bit of a mess but thanks to him, its all rosy again.

wish the same went for my web hosting provider. i had a problem with a clients email account, they said i would need to upgrade the mailbox, which i did and the change never took place. 6 emails later their great advise was, you need to upgrade the mailbox! tossers!!!

I have to do exactly the same thing with a couple of servers, but I've been putting it off fearing the worst. But after hearing that I might just give them a call.
