Milltek 182 exhaust system

  Clio 182
does anyone know any info on the cat back system is it worth getting looks and sound great on milltek site

In a Word...

Yes...

A few have it on here and it reads good.

But Also Consider, Yozzasport, BTB, Janspeed. All good.

  LY V6 with Recaros
I've just had a blueflame fitted, have nothing to compare it with, so it's ok for me. As said, it's cheap, and it's just to keep me going for a year or so til I get a vee. Looks and sounds better than the original, that's all I'm worried about!

I'm very very happy with my Milltek, it looked a quality product off the car and imo has one of the nicest tailpipes I've seen when on the car

Fits perfect, is over 7kg lighter than the standard cat-back (I weighed them back to back)

Definitely improves throttle response & pickup, pulls better above 4.5k rpm

No annoying drone at 70mph on motorway

Sounds great at idle and arround town but not silly loud, sounds fantastic when giving it some, it won't annoy your neighbours either

Doesn't make it sound like every other zorsted hot-hatch, Have had several people comment on it saying it sounds just right

I can't compare it to other 182 exhausts though

YozzaSport, BTB, Orbisoud and Supersprint all make good systems but it depends what the individual needs and wants from an exhaust system.

The Orbisoud and Supersprint are pretty much out and out race systems which are good on the track but aren't exactly user friendly for everyday use.

Cost reflects the choice of any product no end.

In other words the Blueflame is cheap so more people will buy it.

Alan.

  a thirsty one
im after a new exhaust but want something fairly subtle as both my neighbours have young children and i work shifts so reversing up my drive at silly times in the morning isnt really fair, i love the idea of a milltek how do they sound at idle and parking speeds are they quite bassy/loud?

i want quite at idle and low revs but a nice burble higher up the revs when driving when not so much a nuisance to people tucked up in their beds.
