After a quick drive to the shops today I noticed smoke or something comming out from the front grill of the car (I only noticed or it only was noticable when stoped at a junction).
When I opened the bonnet the smoke or steam had gone away. The top of the dipstick was missing. Are these two things related I may have hit a few puddles on the country roads but it I guess that some water on the radiator or engine would do that. Anyway its booked back to get a new dipstick and get looked at next Friday.
Although whils on the phone to the service department they told me I could go to nay Renault dealership to get the job done. I was trying to fnd out how long it would take them to do the job saying I lived 50 miles away.
I was under the impression that the 2nd and 3rd year warently was only for the dealership the car was purchased at am I wrong then?
Sounds good if its true as there are two more local dealerships and I need some better service.
