Missing/not starting well

Right this problem is just a bit annoying now! Just fitted a new fuel pump but was missing before that anyway basically whenever your holding steady revs it's missing trying to cut out but If I put my foot down doesn't happen and is a bit of a pig to start and ideas?

Could be any number of things mate. Start by checking the easy and cheap stuff though!!!

Plugs/ leads etc....... Could even be a sh*tty fuel filter.
